At a recent meeting of the Board, the Apple Creek Scout Troop #69 was awarded 2023 Volunteer of the Year for their work at the Barnes Preserve. Belle Troyer, Scoutmaster, was presented a proclamation on behalf of the scouts. Each scout received a certificate.
